A demonstration for our special topic is very corny, but it is all that I can think of for the time being. What you do is you take a camera and have it hover over a globe to symbolize the Earth. The camera would be stationary with the Earth meaning that it would look at the same spot of the Earth at all times. The camera represents the satellite that is 22,300 miles above the Earth's surface, which has the capability to observing the Earth in visible, infrared, and water vapors. You can not make the camera take photos in infrared or water vapor, but you can do visible.
